Workforce development professional with experience in education, apprenticeship, and consulting. I am passionate about building inclusive talent pipelines, creating innovative training solutions, and helping individuals succeed in evolving industries.

I have led workforce initiatives for Columbus Fashion Alliance, taught career-focused courses at Hocking College, and currently serve with the Fairfield County/Area 20 Workforce Development Board, where I develop and manage Registered Apprenticeship programs connecting employers, educators, and job seekers across multiple industries.
