| Brief Description |
| Develop and modify CNC mill programs using Gibbs CAM to specific drawings while supervising hourly operators in a union workforce. Responsible for manufacturing quality products to meet established schedules while maintaining a safe working environment. |
| Key Responsibilities |
- Responsible for safety and environmental compliance of department
- Program all CNC Mills
- Plans and assigns work according to employees’ ability and urgency of production
- Requests manufacturing process changes to improve quality and costs of products
- Supervise and schedule all daily activities within department of responsibility
- Maintain department production and project schedules
- Responsible for employee utilization and efficiency
- Responsible for product quality
- Schedule and approve all hourly employee labor hours
- Work overtime as needed

| Education and Professional Experience |
- High School Diploma or GED, Vocational/Technical degree or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in shop operations
- Previous shop supervision in a unionized environment is preferred.
