Fairfield Leadership Application Deadline - Aug 23
NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR FAIRFIELD LEADERSHIP HERE
Fairfield Leadership is a nine-month program offered by the Lancaster/Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce. It is designed to help the Lancaster and Fairfield County community meet its need for the active participation of informed, dedicated community leaders.
The Leadership Program is based on leadership principles designed to help participants develop into more effective leaders. These principles include:
- Visionary Leadership
- Customer-Driven Excellence
- Organizational and Personal learning
- Valuing employees and partners
- Agility
- Focus on the future
- Managing for innovation
- Management by fact
- Social responsibility
- Focus on results and creating value
- Systems perspective
The program runs once a month from September through April.
