Rick Szabrak, Economic & Workforce Development Director for Fairfield County, will discuss the county’s new Workforce Training Center and how it can become a game changer for businesses, job seekers, and the community. He will also give an update on the 33 Alliance’s Career Readiness program and how it’s building pathways for local students.
