This hands-on workshop will guide participants through proper workload management\, "\;life-work"\; balance\, and prevent crashing-out from added responsibilities. He is married to Kelley Joy\, has 14 adult children and five grandchildren\, and resides on \;Longhaven Retreat \;just outside of Lancaster.
